Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, apartment size, service type, preferred date, notes you submit, and related booking details. For commercial and event requests, we also collect company or organizer name, space type, approximate area, address or venue, requested frequency or event stages, event date, guest count and scheduling details you provide.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to quote requests, schedule and manage cleaning services, communicate with you, improve our website, and measure advertising performance.

By submitting a request, you agree that JPNCLEAN may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Analytics and Advertising

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, guide interactions and confirmed quote requests, and the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to measure advertising conversions. These tools may use cookies or browser technologies. Our Google Analytics event code does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses or form answers. It strips arbitrary URL query parameters and fragments, disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals, and does not load Google Analytics when the browser sends Global Privacy Control. Campaign labels, non-personal guide identifiers and validated-format Google ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) may be included.

We record which cleaning guide led to a quote request. In the same browser tab, a guide identifier is kept in session storage for up to 30 minutes of inactivity and passed with your request. This helps us understand which guides are useful. The identifier contains no contact details or form answers. Browser storage restrictions may prevent this attribution.

To understand how quote requests reach us, we record campaign labels, the external referring domain, the landing page path, and available advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, oppref). These identifiers may be linked to your private request record for attribution; they are not proof of a paid booking. First and latest attributed visits are retained in local browser storage across visits for up to 30 days from the first recorded visit, without contact details; this acquisition storage is disabled and its stored record removed when Global Privacy Control is enabled. You may optionally tell us how you heard about us. This answer and available attribution context are included in your quote notification and private request record. Missing source data remains unknown.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the website, process leads, provide customer communication, or support advertising measurement.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
