What to include in an event cleaning quote request
A clear event brief helps a cleaning provider assess the work before discussing a price. You do not need every production detail finalized to start an enquiry, but distinguish confirmed information from estimates. For JPN Cleaning, an event request is a conversation about scope and availability; it is not an instant booking.
Start with the venue and date
Provide your company or organizer name, contact details, venue type, ZIP code and event date. If you know the address, floor area and expected guest count, include them. Explain whether the space is an event venue, office, gallery, showroom or private residence. An estimated area is useful when labeled as such; leave it unknown rather than inventing a number.
Describe the cleaning stages
Say whether you want cleaning before, during, after or across multiple stages. List the priority areas and the effect of food and drink service on the work. For during-event support, identify the specific tasks and coverage hours you want reviewed. For post-event work, tell us when guests leave and when vendor breakdown will make the space available.
Include the handover and access plan
Give the handover deadline in the venue’s local time and name the access contact. Mention loading arrangements, service elevators, permitted hours and documentation requirements. These details influence whether a proposed plan is feasible. Late-night work or tight turnaround windows need individual confirmation before a crew or price can be promised.
Identify tasks that need a separate decision
Explain who handles furniture, decorations, catering equipment, rentals and waste collection. Heavy moving, dismantling and off-site hauling are not automatically included. If you need photographs, a completion report or a recurring venue arrangement, ask in advance. We review the brief and clarify the agreed tasks, any extras and applicable tax before booking.
