Tasks outside the agreed scope
Organizing, laundry, repairs and additional cleaning tasks are not assumed to be included. Tell us about unusual conditions or specialist work in advance so we can confirm what we can take on.

Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?
Please request appliance interiors explicitly. We confirm whether they are included and any additional cost in your quote; they are not automatically included in every deep clean.
How much does deep cleaning cost?
Deep cleaning is quoted individually based on apartment size, condition, selected tasks and access. The standard-cleaning starting prices on our homepage are not deep-cleaning prices.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the size and condition of the home and the agreed scope. Send bedroom and bathroom counts, approximate square footage if known, and your priorities so we can plan the appointment.
Can I arrange regular cleaning afterward?
Yes. You can request weekly, bi-weekly or monthly care after the initial clean. Availability and scope are confirmed before booking.
