Remove personal belongings and rubbish that is outside the agreed cleaning scope. Empty appliances or cupboards if interior cleaning has been arranged. Tell us about remaining furniture, access restrictions and any areas needing extra attention.
Tasks outside the agreed scope
Organizing, laundry, repairs and additional cleaning tasks are not assumed to be included. Tell us about unusual conditions or specialist work in advance so we can confirm what we can take on.

Know what to expect.
Does move-out cleaning guarantee my security deposit?
No. Cleaning addresses the agreed cleaning tasks. Deposit decisions also depend on your lease, property condition and the landlord’s assessment; we do not guarantee a deposit refund.
Can you clean before I move in?
Yes, move-in cleaning can be requested. Let us know whether the apartment is empty and which areas or appliance interiors need attention before your belongings arrive.
Are appliance and cabinet interiors included?
Only when specifically requested and confirmed in the quote. Identify the appliances and cabinets in advance and arrange for them to be emptied where required.
How is the price calculated?
We provide a custom quote based on the apartment size, condition, furniture remaining, selected tasks and access. Standard maintenance-cleaning starting prices do not apply automatically to move-out work.
